At Trident Academy of Technology, we are committed to fostering a healthy and sustainable environment. Our Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System, located at Trident campus building 5, plays a vital role in this commitment.
The main air quality sensors included in our system are PM2.5, PM10, NH3, CO, and Ozone, all of which are factory calibrated to ensure high accuracy and reliability. The unit for CO measurements is mg/m³, while the units for the other pollutants are µg/m³.
Key Benefits of Our Project:
- Health and Safety: By continuously monitoring air quality, we can quickly identify and address any potential health risks associated with air pollution, ensuring the well-being of everyone on campus.
- Research and Education: Our system provides valuable data for research and educational purposes, allowing students and faculty to study environmental science, engineering, and data analysis in a real-world context.
- Sustainability: The insights gained from our air quality monitoring help us implement effective strategies to reduce pollution and promote a cleaner, greener campus.
- Community Awareness: By making air quality data accessible, we raise awareness about environmental issues and encourage the entire Trident community to participate in sustainability efforts.
We at Trident Academy of Technology are proud to lead the way in environmental monitoring and sustainability. Our ambient air quality monitoring system is a testament to our dedication to creating a safe, healthy, and eco-friendly campus for all.
